1. Service Cancellation & Refund Overview

At Indus DigiCart (operated by Sumaya Marketing Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction across all our digital products, legal services, IT developments, and utility payouts. Because our offerings primarily consist of professional consulting, digital software solutions, and government filings, refunds are governed by the specific service completion status.

2. Legal & Corporate Filings

Government fee payments (MCA, GST portal, Trademark registry, FSSAI) paid on behalf of clients are non-refundable once submitted to government portals. Professional consulting fees may be refunded up to 100% if order cancellation is requested prior to document preparation and filing.

3. IT, Web Development & Architectural Blueprint Services

• Advance milestone payments are eligible for partial refund if project initialization has not commenced.
• Once preliminary blueprint drafts or web architecture designs are delivered for review, refunds will be evaluated on a prorated basis according to completed milestones.

4. Utility Recharges & Wallet Transactions

In case of a failed utility recharge or operator payment where funds were debited from your account, the transaction amount will be automatically refunded back to your Indus DigiCart wallet within 24 to 48 hours with full transaction logs.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days directly to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking) or credited immediately to your Indus DigiCart wallet balance upon user request.
