Indus DigiCart provides corporate registration, legal compliance consultancy, IT & web development, architectural blueprint services, live CRM & WhatsApp integration, and digital utility payments. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unauthorized or illegal activity under Indian law.

4. Payment Terms & Margin Cashback

All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments processed for utility recharges, legal filings, or subscriptions are subject to instant validation. Cashbacks and margin distributions credited to your Indus DigiCart wallet are non-transferable to third-party bank accounts except where explicitly provided under wallet terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software code, branding, logos, and digital assets on Indus DigiCart are the exclusive intellectual property of Sumaya Marketing Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
